Alyssa aims to support teens and young adults who are experiencing the stressful and often overwhelming transition into post-secondary life. This period is full of change, big decisions, and emotional weight. Alyssa offers a compassionate space to explore these experiences, manage stress, and move forward with more confidence and clarity.

Alyssa’s approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and growth.

Alyssa’s experience working within the criminal justice system and with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges has deepened her understanding of how stress, trauma, and systemic barriers shape people’s lives and the importance of creating space for healing.
